Dear Eastern Seaboard – We know how you feel! Love, Seattle

Last year at this time, my blog post looked something like this:

Snow Day in Seattle*!

Remember that?

And today it’s a balmy 48-ish degrees in Seattle, while the East Coast is being absolutely slammed with weather that looks something like this:

(Do not – repeat, DO NOT go outside and slip on the ice.)

Your friend, Seattle

Yikes--I whined so much last year about the snow and would do it again. If neither one of my kids drove, I might not mind so much. I am happy with 50 degrees and drizzle. :)

Belgium is snow madness too...only 10-20 cms though, but that's enough to stop this country as we can't clear the roads neither can we drive through snow :p
