You will actually start to feel guilty if you DON'T go...I've been on that train 3-5 times a week now and seeing results really helps too, along with an improved diet (in my case) and supplements. Aaaand an ultimate goal never hurts either; in my case a second (and much bigger) tattoo bwhahaha.
